Troy Ancient City - Tevfikiye (52km):
​Troy, renowned for its mythological epic, is one of the most famous ancient cities in the world, dating back to  3000 BCE. The famous Trojan War took place here, and it also hosted the world's first beauty contest.


Troy Museum - Tevfikiye (51km):
​Located very close to the ancient city of Troy, the Troy Museum deserves a separate mention due to its unique architecture and the artefacts on display. Situated 51km from Merkepli Farm, next to Tevfikiye Village, the museum showcases unique examples from the ancient Trojan period. We recommend setting aside half a day to visit this award-winning museum.


​Assos Ancient City - Behram Village (19km):
​Known for its natural beauty, a 5,000-seat theatre, and the Temple of Athena, Assos is a popular vacation spot today and was one of the most important ports of its time. It was founded around 600 BCE.


​Apollon Smintheion - Gülpınar Village (39km):
​With structures reflecting Hellenistic and Roman periods, this is one of the most important sacred sites in Troas. It dates back to around 150 BCE.


​Alexandria Troas - Dalyan Village (49km):
​Named after Alexander the Great, this ancient city is notable for its bath, stadium, theatre, and harbour. It was founded around 300s BCE.. Granite columns from the ancient city are visible in the Ancient Harbour of Troas, the port of Alexandria Troas.


​Parion Ancient City - Kemer Village (109km):
​Founded in 709 BCE, the architecture and reliefs of the ancient theatre are particularly striking. During the Byzantine period, it became an important bishopric centre.


​Ancient Column Quarries - Yahya Çavuş Village (41km):
​These ancient quarries, approximately 2,000 years old, contain granite columns that were ordered for various structures at the time.
